Terms of sale and use

These terms are an agreement between you and Samet Ateşen, trading as Atesen Software, Sakarya, Türkiye ("Atesen Software", "we") for the UX Copy Assistant plugin (the "plugin") and its Pro license.

1. The plugin

The plugin helps you write and revise interface text in your own Figma files, using the AI provider and API key that you choose. It is published free on Figma Community and is provided as is. The free plan works on one text layer at a time; a Pro license adds batches of up to 50 text layers with batch apply and undo. Pro does not include AI credits or provider charges.

2. Buying Pro

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase.

Pro is a one-time payment of $24, plus any sales tax or VAT Paddle charges. It is not a subscription and does not renew.

3. The license key

Each Pro purchase comes with one license key for one person, who may use it on the computers they use, for personal or business work. Do not publish, sell or share the key. The key does not expire. It covers the plugin's current major version and the updates we publish for it. A refunded or charged-back key, or a key that was published or shared, may be revoked; a revoked key stops working with the next plugin update.

4. Your files and Figma

You are responsible for the text you generate, apply and publish, for the AI provider account and API key you use (including that provider's terms, data policy and API charges) and for using Figma within Figma's terms. We do not receive your text, your API key or your files; see the privacy notice. Figma is a trademark of Figma, Inc.; we are not affiliated with Figma or with any AI provider.

5. Warranty and liability

The plugin is provided without warranty of any kind, to the extent the law allows. AI suggestions can be wrong, biased or unsuitable: review every suggestion before you apply or publish it. Your AI provider may change or withdraw a model or its API in ways that stop a request from working. Figma may change its plugin interface in ways that stop the plugin from working; we will try to adapt it, but cannot promise to. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

6. Changes

We may change these terms or the price for future purchases. A change never takes away a key you already bought.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Sakarya have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country.
