If UX Copy Assistant Pro does not work for you, ask within 14 days of your purchase and it is refunded in full. You do not need to give a reason.
- Ask through the link in your Paddle receipt e-mail, or write to support@atesensoftware.com with the e-mail address you used at checkout.
- Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, issues the refund to the original payment method. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
- A refund or a chargeback revokes the license key; it stops working with the next plugin update.
- After 14 days, we look at each request individually, for example if the plugin stopped working because Figma changed its plugin interface. Charges from your AI provider for API use are billed by that provider and are not part of this refund.
The free plan needs no payment and has nothing to refund.
