The plugin
The UX Copy Assistant plugin makes no requests to our servers. When you ask for suggestions, it sends the text of the selected layers and the context you typed directly to the AI provider you chose (OpenAI, Anthropic or Google Gemini), with your own API key, under that provider's terms and privacy notice. Your API key, your license key and your settings are stored in Figma's storage on your computer; we never receive them. More on the plugin's privacy page.
When you buy
Paddle, the merchant of record, collects your name, e-mail address, billing address and payment details in its own checkout, under Paddle's privacy notice. Paddle tells our server the ids of your customer record and transaction and the price. Our server asks Paddle for your e-mail address only to send you the license key. When the payment completes, this page receives your transaction id and the e-mail address you typed from Paddle's checkout and sends both to our server over HTTPS, so that your key can be shown to you on the page; the page does not keep them after you leave.
What the license server stores
- The license key, its id, the transaction id, the issue date, and whether it was revoked and why.
- A keyed hash of your e-mail address (HMAC-SHA256), so "Lost your key?" can find your keys. Your e-mail address itself is not stored.
- Paddle's webhook event ids, to process each event once (deleted after 90 days).
- For "Lost your key?" and for showing your key after payment: keyed hashes of IP addresses and e-mail addresses, and Paddle transaction ids, counted to limit abuse (deleted after two days).
License e-mails are sent through Resend (Resend, Inc.) from alerts@atesensoftware.com. Resend processes the recipient address and the message to deliver it.
Hosting
This site and the server run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) Workers and D1. Cloudflare processes connection data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the service.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. Paddle's checkout, when you open it, runs in Paddle's frame under Paddle's notice.
How long
License records are kept so that a lost key can be sent again and refunds and support questions can be matched. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time; after that we can no longer resend the key.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to support@atesensoftware.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in Türkiye: KVKK).
